A qualified Chartered Accountant for over 20 years, PJ has extensive strategic, commercial, business integration, project management and team leadership experience. Currently Finance Director for Stafford Lynch, a leading FMCG Sales, Marketing & Distribution Company in Ireland, his senior leadership role covers Finance & Customer Service.

Previously PJ worked as Finance Director in med tech and pharmaceutical divisions of UDG Healthcare plc with responsibility for Finance, Operations, IT & Procurement.

With responsibility for managing large and diverse teams over the last 20 years, PJ has built up extensive experience in individual and team development. He is also adept at change management and project management, both of which have been key components of his career experience to date.

PJ holds a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching (IMI/UCC), born out of a desire to broaden and deepen his people development skills.

In his spare time, PJ coaches several youth sports teams which, in his own words, “requires every skill I have developed over the years!” An avid sports fan, PJ also has a great passion for travel.
